We are
looking for experienced licensed loan originators in Pittsburgh. We
would like you to have your own book of business but that is not required.
The
mortgage industry has gone though some serious changes as of late and the most
impactful to a loan originator/loan officer is the change to compensation.
We feel that we have a very aggressive pay structure in place. We also offer
health insurance and 401K. Free "indoor" parking to top
producers, (>$100,000 per year). There is a free outdoor parking lot
available to all.
We are a
Licensed Mortgage Banker which means we are able to compete and win in a tight
market. We also have our own appraisal management board which is a lot
less stressful than the broker side.
Great

Conventional, FHA, VA, PHFA, Commercial and Combo Loans.
