This letter authorizes Federated Mortgage Corp. to inquire about your credit to any or all of the major credit bureaus (Experian, Equifax & Trans Union).  Read it carefully and if you agree, type your name(s) and your loan officer then click the "Print This Page" button. 

I hereby authorize the Lender/Broker to verify my credit scores and credit history by obtaining a credit report from Experian, Equifax, Trans Union or ALL three bureaus.

By signing this letter I give permission to Federated Mortgage Corp. to order a credit report.

This form authorizes Federated Mortgage Corp. to access your credit history. Your credit information helps you and us determine how much you may be eligible to borrow if you decide to submit a loan application. This is not an application for a loan. An application for a loan will require a formal written loan application.
